Do you need to skip a clean, reschedule a clean, or request additional services?

Consistency and reliability are essential to both our clients and our business. To maintain the highest level of service for our regularly scheduled clients, we often turn down new requests to avoid disrupting existing appointments.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any skip or reschedule requests. For Monday appointments, please notify us by the Friday before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we do our best to be flexible. However, if skip or reschedule requests become excessive, we reserve the right to cancel all future services.
