Cha'Neal is a single mother to 3 beautiful children, a proud Evangel Eagle Alumni, and God serving woman. She started this company to provide additional income to help raise her babies! The journey began in February 2019. What started as a side job turned full-blown magical business! Determination and grit helped push Cinder’Ella in Disguise thru COVID-19, to bigger and better things. Very quickly this side gig turned into a maxed-out schedule, tears, and stress. Within 6 months Cha’Neal added her first hire to the crew, and with each year Cinder’Ella in Disguise has seen growth. At this point, in 2025, the company has over 70+ recurring clients, commercial accounts, 20 STRs (short-term rentals), 9 technicians, and a commercial office. Cha’Neal credits all her growth to God, Her Technicians (aka HER girls), and her clients. The Cleaning Technicians are the VIP's of the company!
