Replacement

Supply Replacement Requests need to be submitted 72 hrs in

advance with the knowledge some items may need to be ordered

if not in company stock. If you are needing replacements for

broken, lost, or ruined items outside of your time guidelines or you

are at fault, you are fully responsible for the costs which will be

deducted from your upcoming paycheck. The costs are the

current costs for 2025 and do include taxes and shipping rounded

up.
