  • Pricing is based on time, labor, and level of detail required. First-time or deep cleans will cost more than recurring visits. Our Luxury Maid Service is a upgraded customized cleaning plan and is based off a required amount of hours per week.

  • Payment is due on the day of service unless prior arrangements are made. Auto charge for credit cards on file after the clean is complete.

  • We do not offer refunds or discounts, but we do offer a satisfaction guarantee—if something was missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to correct it. Failure to alert us within 24 hours or refusal to return will not be refunded or discounted.

  • No. Many of our clients provide secure entry instructions. Our team is trained, vetted, and insured for your peace of mind.

  • Yes! We come fully prepared. Our techs are properly trained on our products/equipment to ensure correct OSHA regulations.

  • Quotes are based on home size, condition, and service type. We may provide estimates virtually or in person when needed. We have a quote tool to get a customized estimate right here on our website!

  • We ask that surfaces are cleared of clutter to allow us to clean effectively. Excess clutter may limit what we can clean. However, you do not have to “clean before the cleaners come”. We have a “tidy up” add on to work into your clean if needed.

  • No! We will simply work around these things or they can be included as a “add on” to your clean. Most households add dishes, laundry, tidying, and sometimes organizing as an upgrade to get peace of mind.
