Meet the Founder

Cha'Neal is a single mother of three beautiful children, a proud Evangel Eagle alumna, and a God-serving woman. She started Cinder'Ella in Disguise in February 2019 to provide additional income while raising her babies.

What began as a side job quickly turned into a full-blown magical business. Through determination, grit, and faith, Cha'Neal led Cinder'Ella in Disguise through the challenges of COVID-19 and into bigger and better things. Before long, her schedule was completely booked, and within six months, she welcomed her first team member.

Since then, Cinder'Ella in Disguise has continued to grow. As of 2025, the company proudly serves 80+ recurring residential and commercial clients, 22 short-term rental properties (STRs), has a team of 9 technicians, and operates from a commercial office.

Cha'Neal credits all of her success to God, her technicians (her girls), and her loyal clients. She believes her cleaning technicians are the true VIPs of the company.
